Almighty Yehowah

Yehowah the Almighty Creator
When we read the bible we find the word LORD is in the OT around 7000 times. This has been put there to replace the Hebrew letters YHWH, which is the tetragramation for the name of the Almighty Yehowah. And not the many other variations, for one example the letter J was not in use before the 1500's.

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

In the above verse, the word jot is a incorrect translation of actually the Hebrew word YOD, yod is the name for the smallest Hebrew letter y. So in the above statement, it says that not the smallest letter or tittle shall in now wise pass from the law. And that is the very thing they changed, The yod to iota, to jot.

The bible states not one change can be made to the law.

People make many claims as to why the changes, but the real reason is to
hide the true name, and have people following false God.

See Revelations as to how this can become possible.

Revelation 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things
and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty two
months.
Revelation 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and
to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues,
and nations.
If the Almighty said make no use of the names of false gods:

Exodus 23:13 And in all that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make
no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy
mouth.

They have taken out the name of the Almighty Yehowah and replaced it with with the word LORD.
The word Lord can refer to the name Baal. See Numbers 21:28 For there is a
fire gone out of Heshbon, a flame from the city of Sihon: it hath consumed
Ar of Moab, the lords of the high places of Arnon.
Isaiah 16:8 For the fields of Heshbon languish, the vine of Sibmah: the lords
of the heathen have broken down the principal plants thereof, they are come
unto Jazer, they wandered the wilderness: her branches are stretched out,
they are gone over the sea.

In both places the word 'lords' is a translation of the name Baal

So we see that the Almighty would not have us this name in place of his great
name Yehowah. Here is how the Ten Commandments should be read;

Exodus 20:1: And God spake all these words, saying,
2: I Yehowah thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt,
out of the house of bondage.
3: Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness that in
heaven above, or that in the earth beneath, or that in the water under the
earth:
5: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I Yehowah
thy God a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children
unto the third and fourth of them that hate me;
6: And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my
commandments.
7: Thou shalt not take the name of Yehowah thy God in vain; for Yehowah
will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
8: Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9: Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10: But the seventh day the sabbath of Yehowah thy God: thou shalt not
do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy
maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that within thy gates:
11 For six days Yehowah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in
them , and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehowah blessed the sabbath
day, and hallowed it.
12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the
land which Yehowah thy God giveth thee.
13 Thou shalt not kill.
14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
15 Thou shalt not steal.
16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy
neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his
ass, nor any thing that thy neighbour's.

The translators have changed the true name of the Almighty Yehowah, with a
false name 'LORD'.
Here are a few verses that tells us the greatness of the Almighty's name, and
it's importance.
Jeremiah 10:6 Forasmuch as none like unto thee, Yehowah; thou great, and
thy name great in might.
Jeremiah 10:10 But Yehowah the true God, he the living God, and an
everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not
be able to abide his indignation.
Psalms 145:3 Great Yehowah, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness
unsearchable.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy
mighty acts.
The Almighty Yehowah sent us his son Yehowshuwa to tell us this important
message. Yehowshuwa was the promised Messiah, that came in his Father's name.

WAW versus VAV

There is a debate on whether the 6th letter ו of the Hebew alphabet is a
WAW or VAV.
Most of the modern day scholars claim that it is the letter vav. There are others who claim that this is not so, it is the letter waw.
If you go to Israel now you will hear the modern Israeli Hebrew, they pronounce the 6th letter ו as a V. Because so many modern teachers of biblical Hebrew have studied in Israel, this pronunciation is becoming quite common in the teaching of biblical Hebrew.
There is no real question that in biblical times the 6th letter ו was pronounced as W (as in west)
But the shift to the V pronunciation has a clear analogy. In classical times, Latin V was pronounced like English W. But as time passed,
pronunciation changed, so that in Ecclesiastical Latin it is now pronounced as V.
I prefer the classical, ancient pronunciation, and that is what you will see recommended in "A Modern Grammar For Biblical Hebrew." There is more to this than a stubborn belief that "the old is better." The 6th letter ו was used for U-class vowels ( vowels like English O and U). This makes sense when the 6th letter ו is pronounced as a labial (like W), but it
makes no sense when the 6th letter ו is pronounced as a labiodental fricative (like V). After all, U is a labial produced with rounded lips, just as W is.

The bible states that there is to be no change in the law. The law contains the name of the Almighty so it is not to be changed.
The Almighty's name in Hebrew is Yehowah
(Yowd Shewa He Chowlam Waw Qametz He)
יְ ה וׇֹ ה Y E H O W A H
